High Level Data Steps:
1️⃣ Get the Green Light: Your data's journey begins with a thumbs-up from relevant business processes (workflows). Once it clears the approval checkpoint and reaches completion, (IE Your data is old enough to go to a Integration Party but not necessarily attend, next it will need an invite..) 🚦
2️⃣ Eligibility Rules: You then need to ensure your data change and the workers involved match the eligibility rules set for each integration. (IE an Invitation to the Integration Party. 🏆
3️⃣ Time Matters: Data changes should sync up with the Integrations timeline. If your data change arrives fashionably late, it might miss the Integration Party Bus and have to wait for the next one. ⏱️
4️⃣ Transform with Confidence: Let your data shape-shift through Integration transformation and Validation checks. It's like a makeover—data goes in messy and comes out polished or maybe not at all if there are errors. ✨
5️⃣ Safe Travels: Think of your data as a VIP guest. It needs a secure passport (encryption) and a reliable mode of transport (s/FTP/s, HTTPs, etc.) to reach its party destination but sometimes the party bus hits a pot hole in the road and needs to restart its journey. 🔐
6️⃣ Destination Confirmation: Once your data arrives outside the party, before entry it's ticket will be double checked by the receiving system, making sure everything's in order. ✔️ 🆗
